Centered at the intersection of community and culture and art and activism, Michael Latt and his company Lead With Love collaborate with an array of diverse clients (influential leaders, nonprofits, brands) to create experiences, campaigns and initiatives from inception to completion that amplify influential leaders from across the spectrum (art, sports, film, activism, music, etc.), harness the power of storytelling to spark change and utilize art to bring love, hope and healing to communities. Michael graduated from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts with a B.A. in PR and Advertising in 2014 where he was honored with the Chapman Distinguished Alumni Award in 2020. He founded Lead With Love in the fall of 2019 and currently acts as the company's CEO.
Lead With Love is currently working with/has worked with Common and his nonprofit Imagine Justice, Warner Bros.
